Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- A Manuscript must be in English. Any consistent spelling and punctuation styles may be used. Double quotation marks must be used except when a quotation is within a quotation. Long quotations of 40 words or more should be indented and italicized.
- A manuscript shall not exceed 8000 words including references and end notes (excluding appendix). Space-1.5, font-12, New Times Romans; for foot notes: font 10, and single space;
- A Manuscript should be organized in the following order: title page; abstract; key words; main text; acknowledgements if applicable; references; appendices (as appropriate); table(s) with caption(s) (on individual pages); figure caption(s) (as a list).
- Abstracts of 250 words, organized in single space, font 12, italics, block indented are required for each submission.
- Each Manuscript should have key words.
- All authors of a manuscript should include their full names, affiliations, postal addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses on the cover page of the manuscript.one author
- If a manuscript is written by more than one author, one author shall be identified as a corresponding author,
- All persons who have reasonable claim to authorship shall be named in the manuscript as co-authors;

The RDJSS retains copyright over the articles published in the Journal. However, authors may be granted the right to republish their articles provided that the committee is notified of such use and that it carries the appropriate copyright notice.
